WEDI provides trauma-informed mental health and psychosocial support services to help individuals and families heal, rebuild resilience, and regain hope. Through safe spaces, counseling, awareness campaigns, and prevention initiatives, we also work to prevent and respond to gender-based violence (GBV), ensuring survivors receive compassionate care, protection, and pathways to justice.

Counselling, peer and group therapy
Offer individual, peer, and group counseling to help participants heal from trauma and rebuild emotional strength.
Community Awareness & Psychoeducation
Conduct awareness sessions and psychoeducation to promote mental health understanding and coping strategies.
GBV Prevention & Community Advocacy
Implement programs to prevent gender-based violence and advocate for survivors’ protection and rights.
Arts, Sports & Recreational Therapy
Use creative and recreational activities to support mental well-being and psychosocial healing.
